5. Returns and Exchanges

This reporting period helps us provide faster assistance but does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

6. Right of Withdrawal
For eligible distance purchases, customers generally have 7 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their legal right of withdrawal without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
Where the statutory right applies, LUMI KITTY will process the withdrawal and refund in accordance with Moroccan consumer protection law.

Customers may contact us to request cancellation before shipment.
After dispatch, applicable withdrawal and return rights remain available.
